Names have not been released because everyone involved in the Lake Charles Walmart stabbing last weekend are minors. The murder played out in a livestream on social media. Although much of the footage is blurred out, it’s still hard to watch. The fact that this tragedy really happened in the first place is a lot to take in.

It was around 7:30 pm on Saturday when a 15-year-old girl was stabbed inside a Louisiana Walmart with a knife stolen from the store. She was rushed to the hospital but later died as a result of her injuries. Her attackers, four girls – all ranging from just 12 to 14-years-old– were arrested and booked into the local Juvenile Detention Center.

After the stabbing (all of which streamed live) the girls ran out and hopped into a truck. They can be heard on video saying they, “Just stabbed that b****, I don’t give a f**k! F***ing stabbed that b**** in her heart!”

One girl tells the camera of the victim’s reaction, “She looked at us and was like ‘Oh I’m bleeding…’ B**** I was like ‘I don’t give a f**k!'”

The girl who committed the actual stabbing is charged with 2nd-degree murder. Her three accomplices are charged with principal to 2nd-degree murder.

Sheriff Tony Mancuso stated during a news conference Sunday night, “This case was not a difficult case to solve – hell they put it all over social media.”

“The whole case unfolded before us through live Facebook and Instagram. We have videos of everything that took place and it’s very disturbing, it truly is.”

In addition to posting the actual Walmart stabbing video, the girls later shared more shocking footage. In it, they went on to brag about the brutal attack, showing absolutely no remorse. The girls made comments like “She dead now,” and, “Oh f***ing well” on their livestream. That video is available at the was the daily mail Daily Mail.

According to Sheriff Mancuso, “There appeared to be no remorse. It was very cold.” He also pointed out that this is the third homicide in the parish involving minors in just the last 6-months alone. He begged parents to be on top of their children’s whereabouts and social media activity.

He went on to say, “It’s really heartbreaking when we have to come in and pick up the pieces because so many families are damaged.”
