They’ve warned the attacks will inevitably affect on the private sector. This full blown cyber attack is in retaliation for the brutal invasion of Ukraine. President Putin has been called out by the collective.
“The Putin criminal regime are gonna have a very hard time recovering from our attacks!”

Since Anonymous launched a cyber war against Russia, earlier today. They’ve already done a significant amount of damage.
The hackers collective breached the Russian Ministry of Defense and publicly shared their database online. Emails, phone numbers and passwords of officials are no doubt, bombarded with malware and spam. They’ve taken down several government websites and RT, a Russian news media website known for heavy propaganda.
The Anonymous Collective is leaking Russian military intelligence
They leaked “the Kremlin plans to invade Kyiv within the next ninety-six hours.”
The hacktivists tweeted: “Hackers all around the world: target Russia in the name of #Anonymous let them know we do not forgive, we do not forget. Anonymous owns fascists, always.”
Naturally, hackers around the world are pitching in for the cause.
Russia pre-empted the Ukraine invasion with cyber warfare.
Russia targeted the Ukrainian government with cyber-attacks. Even after the Russian military began firing missiles in Ukraine, cyber attacks hit banking websites and other private institutions.
If they can’t breach it, they’ll just shut it down
The hacking efforts against the Kremlin will continue. The Anonymous Collective has every intention of stealing sensitive information and shutting down everything they can’t breach. They’re releasing lists of their targets across social media.
“F**k #Putin… We support the people of #Ukraine – we are legion. We will not forget the lives that have been lost under Putin’s regime,” an account related to the collective tweeted.
